Well, we can just build a very very very very very high pressure chamber
and heat it to as high a temperature as we like. My rusty stat mech
skills suggest something like 10^20 atm would be enough. (may be
tough to achieve -- the pressure at the sun's core is only a piddly
2.5 x 10^11 atm...)
