Hmm - in searching the archives I thought I had seen messages from
someone who said the dimples left a faint checkerboard pattern on his
prints. At any rate, I know it won't be a problem with Ilford SFX
200, and it has an anti-halide layer, but I am also planning to
shoot some HIE, and some of the infrared ektachrome if I can find it.

Well, you know that prices can rise dramatically on the last day at
eBay - las I checked it was at $55.00 - a significant improvement
over .08.
