Paul.  Thanks.  I considered the Macro, but the lens test site rates it a C 
or B- for its two widest apertures (if I remember correctly).  The 1.4 was 
tops wide open, but others have said the 1.2 is better.  I would not buy the 
1.2 if the difference is small.

BTW, why do you have several 1.8s?  Any variation amongst them?
