I don't know if the -10 OTF (or any other model for that matter) will behave
predictably at such high f/ratios. At f/100+, reciprocity will surely
become a factor in all but the brightest of conditions. I suspect a fair
amount of experimentation will be called for, along with a stout tripod and
a locking cable release.
