If that is a 50mm f1.2 and not a 55mm f1.2 or 50mm f1.8 you are being offered, 
then 
the lens alone is probably worth the £120 on its own.

The OM2sp is a great camera.  It can take a 2 series focusing screen which is a 
big 
plus IMO.
