Lessee, it so happens that they're a block-and-a-half from my business, and
across the street from my lab, Flatiron Color. That is, they moved into the
space B&H vacated. (And hung a sign stating 'We Have Reopened', but that's
another story). So I have actually ventured in a coupla times when I need
batteries, or darkroom chemicals, of which they have a good supply. (Us New
Yorkers think having to travel more than a block for something is
unfashionable).
Coupla weeks ago I went in for batteries and some Argentine tourists went in,
thinking it was B&H. Altho the conversation was in Spanish, I clearly overheard
sleazeball tell the tourists B&H was out of business.
So anyone who's not sure, I am :-)
