I use NiMHs in my winder and T32s all the time with no problems. The high
self discharge means you have to watch out, or your "grab flash" will have
dead batteries when you need it quick. Sometimes I leave alkalines in for
that and replace them with freshly charged NiMHs if I have the time.
I checked the output of a T32 with NiMHs with a flashmeter because of the
lower voltage. It was right on 32 for my house's rooms.
