Hi Jón!
I studied the different languages and the different language groups a few years
ago, and to what I can remember Icelandic belong to the West Nordic languages.
Now, what I also remember (correct me if I am wrong) is that Iceland was
colonized by outlawed Norwegian vikings around 850 A.D.
As for the words you wrote above, I cannot see anything at all that even
reminds me of a Nordic language, so I must ask: What does it mean?
