[OM] Zuiko medium tele lenses

I am looking to buy a medium length tele or tele zoom Zuiko lens for my
OM-1.  Any recommendations?  Is the 70-210mm as good as the 75-150 or
the 200?  What about the other makes, such as Tamron, Tokina, Vivitar,
etc.?  I currently have a 50mm/1.4 which is superb.
