In the Cessna's I've rented, there was a latch disconnected which allowed for
the window to open fully. Try to get such a modification, or have the pilot
disconnect the latch for your flight.
The wind currents will keep the window fully up when you are shooting. Don't
put the camera anywhere out the window. Tape the lens to infinity so that it
is one less thing to worry about. I'd suggest using the Winder 2 and using a
35-70mm two touch lens, or a 35mm lens at f/5.6.
