Can't you do that with OM4T? It has manual shutter speeds, too.>>

The OM-4(T(i)) doesn't do TTL flash in manual mode. That's the difference.
OTOH, The OM-3Ti only does full synch flash in old fashioned manual mode
(guide number calculations, etc...)
