The 16/3.5 is indeed a great lens, but it is not a rectilinear lens, it
is a full-frame fish-eye. William and I were speaking only of
rectilinear lenses.

What about the Zuiko 16mm/3.5? This is a little gem - I could not
afford one,
but the the test shots I took with a used one showed excellent contrast
and
sharpness.
Or are you speaking only of *new* lenses? The Zuiko 16mm seems to be
fairly
common used, at around $600 CDN here.
