Hi John, and welcome to the list.
I'm an owner of the 90mm/F2.0 macro, and I love it. It's expensive, but a
beautifully-designed and -built lens, which renders a variety of wonderful
scenes, from closeups to portraits. For technical specs on its performance,
others are better-qualified than me to comment -- but it's world-class in any
case. If I had to pick only three Oly lenses, the 90/2 would be one of the
three. (The other two would be the 50/1.2 for existing light and the 28/2.0
for the lack of distortion and good angle of coverage.)
