That's surprising - and worrying - as I've thought of them as 'good guys.'
I've twice wrongly ordered things from their site because of the short
descriptions and had to return them with a letter of apology and
explanation. In both cases the versions I wanted were received by return
without postage costs and with a Visa credit in one case where the
replacement was cheaper than the ordered item.
Previously I ordered a Microtek E3 scanner from Software Express and an
Epson Filmscan Parallel from Novatech, neither of which units would work
with my computer, and both companies, although they refunded eventually,
made a battle of it to made sure I didn't buy from them again.
Who the (bleep) is any good in the UK? Jessops perhaps?
