Why not ? Is it better to be an "Hamburger"? When an US president
declares themself an "Berliner" (a donut type pastry), so why not
Mahlon an "Frankfurter", this also has the benefit to be in the same
time an "Wiener" (at least I haven´t figured out the difference ;-).
To say "Ich bin ein Amerikaner" (I´m an American) doesen´t help either,
because an "Amerikaner" is a type of pastry too.
Poor Brits, an "Engländer" is a wrench type.
