I am very pleased with mine, however I don't have the f2 either. I
also have several 50mm f1.8 and a 50mm f1.4, but tend to use the f3.5 macro
a lot as you never know when you will need to get that bit closer and I
don't like the idea of carrying more than 1 lens of the same focal length if
I don't need to. Obviously there are occasions when you really need the
extra speed of the f1.4.
