I superglued my T32 together after a similar incident. And I glued the
calculator panel in with the numbers face out. For TTL auto, just flick it
to manual with the camera on auto.

This whole "No need to worry about guide numbers with OTF flash" is
advertising hype anyway. If your shooting 100 asa and something is 8 meters
away, you still need f4 or larger. SSo that's why my calculator panel never
gets reversed. Most of my shooting is OM-1n anyway.
