I didn't know you could 'chain' T-flashes. That perfectly explains, why the
connector T-20 is such an object of desire. That 'small' solution sounds much
more realistic to me.
Is there a specific reason you think the QA-310 flashes would suffer? I was
more worried by the idea of the camera 'on the receiving end' of two flashes
with a higher voltage output.

maybe I'll carefully try that for the time until I can afford the more modern
solution and 'see what it smells like'.
