I paid $200 CDN for mine (well used, but clean, a few dust specks inside). It
is now one of my favourites, and pairs up well with the 35/2.8 for hiking. It
is
also small enough to fit in the body case, which can be a real plus. It is a
bit
harder to find than the 100/2.8, but well worth it, IMO, especially for low
light
work.
