I would tend to group 4x5 as a very large medium format, even though it is
sheet film. You still pretty much need an enlarger to make prints.
Larger format has small (5x7), medium (8x10), large (11x14), and very large
(12 x20). All of which make wonderful contact prints. I have a 7x17 :-)
