I believe there are only three settings on the T20, depending on which side you
have the panel installed on:
Manual, Auto Hi, Auto Low.
Manual is the left most setting, which also corresponds to TTL mode on a TTL
capable camera. My early T20 simply places the slider in manual mode when I
flip the panel so that it reads: "Full Auto Control by OM-2 (Shoe 4)"
In other words, check that the above are correct on yours, and you shouldn't
need the panel, except you won't know what aperture to use in normail Auto
mode, or what the distance range is in TTL mode.
