  I find that some lenses (and bodies) seem to work better for me
disproportionately for no apparent reason other than they interface with
my vision (depending on location). Ever see the Cartier-Bresson book
on portraits (which he claims were all done with a 50mm!) is a testament
to the untapped potential in even the homeliest of focal lengths...
