Hi all,
I too have tried CH's procedure on my OM4Ti. FWIW, I observed little,
if any, change in reading when using a piece of Fuji Sensia II film.
I remember a general concern on the similarity of the reflectance of
different kinds of film, way back when the OM2 was introduced.

This suggests a feature for our mythical OM5 super camera:
Let the camera measure and store the reflectance of the actual film
during the loading with a small light source and sensor somewhere
in the film channel. This would allow very exact OTF metering.
