Just to comment on microfiber cloths- My first one from a camera shop
was stamped with the chain's name and cost $8.95 US.  Now I buy cloths
intended for eyeglasses at Walgreen's (a US drugstore chain) for $2.99. 
Can't tell any difference except that the cheaper cloth has no printing
to possibly scratch my lenses.
