Sheeeeesh and gadzooks!! Next time I'll come up with a disclaimer of some
kind...... I tried to point out a couple "...approximately..." examples to
give the original poster a general idea of what's going on with reflective
meters. Perhaps next time I shall be sure to include "Your reflectance may
vary...."
The grass in *my* backyard is *close* to 18% - a half stop off in full sun
actually. *My* palm really is 18% reflective unless particularly dirty from
doing yardwork. I've checked it may times and find it most convenient to
always have a grey card handy.
