You are right, Warren. Since I won't use the Super FP flash up there,
there is no particular reason to use an OM4T. An old OM-1 it will be,
then.
Did your dream come true? We don't have Shutterbug on sale here,
unfortunately, so I missed that part of it...
I must admit that in my case it wasn't a dream altogether, but it was
something slightly more real already. In a scientific experiment some
20 years back we lifted air sampling equipment hanging under a kite
into the plume of a ship that was burning waste (containing chloral
hydrates) at sea. I had built the electronics for it (all timing
devices and servo motors, no radio control could be afforded at that
time). I have wanted to photograph from that position ever since...
