If you mean totally manual like the OM3, yes, Contax does. It's called the
S2b, I believe. It's less $$$ than the OM3, but not as good a camera, IMHO.
No highlight/averaging, for example.

All the high-end Contax models do, yes; as well as Leica R8.

The forthcoming Contax Aria will be only slighter larger than a 4T but will
include a built-in winder, program mode, matrix metering, and spot
metering. Even with the winder, it will be 20 grams less weight. Of course,
the weight savings will be accomplished thru the use of a thermoplastic
body, or whatever it's called. Therefore it will not have that lovely
classic metal 'feel'.
Price? Don't forget that there is a 200rice increase looming. That makes
the 4T $1200 and the 3T somewhere in the stratosphere. The Leica R8 is of
course still double that. But the Contax Aria is expected to sell in the US
for about $750-$800.
I'm not trying to be a pain to the list, but since the question was asked...
