The letter before .ZUIKO indicates the number of elements of the lens.
The desingnation:
ZUIKO (MC) AUTO-S means "Standard lens"
ZUIKO (MC) AUTO-W means "Wide-angle lens"
ZUIKO (MC) AUTO-T means "Tele lens"
ZUIKO (MC) AUTO-ZOOM means "ZOOM lens"
ZUIKO (MC) AUTO-MACRO means "MACRO lens"
