The distance from lens flange to focal plane is the same (exactly!) in OM
and F mounts. So you need those kinds of adapter rings that are in fact
bland teleconverters, that is the thing you will not like to have when
using a PC wide angle lens.
I think your fears are excessive... If I needed a PC *and* tilting lens I'd
buy a Canon one, otherwise I'd stick on OMs. If they eventually go out of
market, they might even increase their value...
