Unless your lens also has "MC" inscribed on its rim (unlikely!),
it's single-coated. IMHO, this should be of little concern or
deterrent to you, especially re: this particular lens which, in my
experience, is phenomenally good.
AFAIK, MC is more important in zooms and in wide-angle lenses than
it is in telephotos. The reasons are:
(a) zooms and wide-angle primes have many more glass elements
(typically 7 to 16) than telephotos (4 to 6; E.Zuiko = 5);
(b) having narrower angle of coverage, telephotos are much less
susceptible to flare; and
(c) most telephotos have very deep, effective lens hoods.
