Pliobond is a commercial-strength 'rubber-cement' type adhesive, formerly
manufactured by Goodyear.
It uses MEK as its main solvent. I don't know if Pliobond is indeed the
best thing for the job, but if it is, any solvent-based rubber cement will
do the job.
