Reversing the back panel on any T flash simply puts the flash into full
manual mode (which is then control OTF by the camera).
The manual adapter resistance start at 7.6K for 1/1000, 15.2K for 1/500,
30.9 1/250th an so on. Double resistance for each ss down the scale.
