I was flipping through the October 1997 copy of Practical Photography,
when I noticed opposite the OM-3Ti long term test report, an
advertisement for a lens tripod mount for 44.25 pounds. The
advertisement shows a rather thick circular collar encompassing what
looks like a Tokina 80-400 (now that is a lens that fits the YASS
catagory if I ever saw one). There is a knob for altering from portrait
to landscape orientation, and the Ad asks that you "Supply your lens
details as most are made to order"
