Thank you for the ICDSoft recommendation.
I did sign up with them and have today migrated the site frozenlight.eu. Not
completely successfully yet, but I am sure I will get there. This e-mail is
being sent from the new account, so that part of the migration worked fine. And
their support seems very good and responsive.
The site I am most concerned about is greatpix.eu, but the good thing is that
the domain is just used to point to content that is actually hosted on Smugmug,
and that will not change, so it is just a question of migrating the domain. And
my weekly blog is with a different provider altogether, in Denmark, so no
changes needed there.
