Actually one of the straightest shots in the bunch! We had a small view of distant ocean and surf from the deck. Some
house 'tween here and there has a whale weather vane. I focused on that, @ ~440 ft., if EXIF is to be believed. That
long distance through late morning air over sun warmed flora did all the wavery softening.

Sometimes, all one need do is look and shoot what is seen! The unfurling fern, which I like a lot, is another lucky
shot. I pointed the long lens at the Calla Lily, and there was the fern, which I hadn't noticed until then. The Lily
shot is nice enough, but I like the fern a lot more.
