First off, many thanks to all who offered advice, both on and off the list. I
went ahead and purchased the E-M1 Mk III along with 12-40 f2.8 Pro, 40-150 f4.0
Pro, and 12-100 f4.0 Pro lenses. I'm really impressed by the reduction is size,
speed of focusing, and resolution I'm getting compared to the E-30 that was the
base of my prior setup. I went ahead and took the new gear on vacation, and
wound up leaving the 12-100 on the body all the time.
So now I'm going to sell off my E-system gear and thought I'd offer to the
list before going to the 'bay. My first offerings are an E-510 starter kit and
an E-520 body. This would be good gear for a beginner to get their toes wet in
digital photography, I think. The 510 kit includes 14-42 f3.5-5.6 and 40-150
f4.0-5.6 lenses.Only 1570 shutter activations on the body. Comes in the
original box with all the original paperwork, manuals, lens hoods,
cables, charger, battery, etc. The battery takes a charge but I haven't tested
it to see how many exposures it will provide. I'm also including the Hoya Pro 1
Digital UV filters that have always been on the lenses. Also, a Magic Lantern
Guide book for the 510, as well as two DVDs, one by Magic Lantern and one by
Olympus. I'd like $200 plus shipping for this bundle. The 520 also comes with
everything in the original box. Same caveat on the battery. It has had 4030
shutter activations. $100 plus shipping. All these items are in Ex-LN
condition. Due to their age, I can't give any long-term warranties, but they're
guaranteed to be in proper working order when you get them. Best to all.Greg
