Look at both videos. It is much more robustly built, and I would bet would not
develop the wobble which plagued the first version--a matter of time for most
of them and not an "if."
More data from dpreview:

smaller motors instead of a single large motor. This not only allows autofocus
to be faster and quieter but has also afforded Techart the ability to reduce
the size of the adapter. Techart has also improved the durability of the
mounting plate, which should mean less wear and tear on the mount, even when
using larger lenses."
That be said they have terrible customer service and if get a dud, may not
respond before the warranty is up. I read of better response times if one
sends the note in Chinese.
