I stumbled on the 7Artisans 35 1.2 at KEH & was intrigued. Turns out a

Web reviews mention limitations but are generally positive. Only $119
& 150g. Sounds wonderful for such a fast lens. Has anyone here got
one?
There are reasons I would personally not want one:
Lack of EXIF recording
Lack if AF
It's an odd sort of FL, longer than "normal" and short for portrait, etc. They
are the only one making it.
--------
The first two come from my experience with a Venus Laowa 7.5/2 I bought it for our 2017 trip to Bhutan, thinking I would
need a wider, faster lens than my Oly 9-18/4-5.6. Optically fine, it didn't work for me. I found that, intentions aside,
out in the world, moving through endless possible subjects, I simply didn't note settings.
I also discovered that I tended to forget to focus. Well, you know, super wide, deep DoF. But, not true; I did have
insufficient focus/DoF problems. Annnd, without settings data, I couldn't tell at which apertures they were occurring. I
sold it, and the replacement Panny 7-14/4 was perfect for our second trip, and other use.
None of that may apply to you, but I thought it worth mentioning.
I do have lots of old MF lenses I use on FF, but they're not for field use.
