I have nothing against the traditional Thanksgiving Dinner, well, except for the yams and cranberry sauce. OTOH, the
dinner itself is not one of my highlights. I have never cooked a turkey.

A real oddity for us, both Carol and I made something a day ahead for the same meal. Both items needed overnight in the
fridge for flavors to marry.
