We had an incident the other day where I live, and in trying to find out
what was going on it was suggested that I install the Citizen app on my phone.
I did so this morning, and found that it wanted full access to my phone and
microphone. I do not want Google having access to any information on my
laptops and certainly not my phone. So I uninstalled it. Looking into it
deeper just now at
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sp0n.citizen&hl=en&gl=US
I found that it will access any and all information on your phone with no
limitations, and it will probably access my laptop(s) as well when I'm
tethering for internet access at home.
Not only NO, but HELL NO!
