Thanks Nathan,
I have one question. Most of the prints have curved a bit in storage
- the glossy surface is the convex side. Do you know if the scanner
can cope with them in this condition?

Mike

Hi Mike,
It was me. My wife wanted an easy-to-use scanner that she can use to
digitize our many 4x6 prints, mostly family snaps. It is an Epson
FF-680W. It works just like a photocopier: you put the stack of
prints in the tray (up to 30) and press a button. It works as
advertised and the quality is not bad. Not as good as what I get
from my Epson Perfection V700 but perfectly acceptable for the purpose.
Cheers,
Nathan
