Some additions to my “confinement food” gallery.
For Valentine’s Day, I followed my wife’s wishes and made fish piccata with
saffron rice:

Basically, this made just like chicken piccata but with fish instead of chicken
so that our daughter could eat it too. Obviously, cooking time for cod is
shorter than for chicken, but otherwise it is the same recipe.
