Nearby Portugal offered us the most impressive chimney we ever saw.
What you are seeing here is just the kitchen hood - imagine the fireplace,
meant for BBQs ( from Old French « rôti de la barbe au cul " i.e. the animal
was roasted using a spit from the barb to the as…)
