This is a surprise. EarthLink dialup service here in Phoenix ended at
1600 MST. I tried all 31 numbers (18 EarthLink, 9 Copper.net, 4 Windstream)
and all I get is a 19CL error message saying that the call cannot be completed
as dialed. First time I've ever heard that one. I guess they didn't pay their
phone bill. I have to call their level 11 centre tomorrow.
