As to the other sort, sure, I'd like more, but to date, the price in size and weight would make them counterproductive.* 
The Topaz Gigapixel AI video Mike posted just confirmed that for me.
The shot I don't get, because the gear is too big, heavy and/or has insufficient FL is infinitely poorer than the one I 
catch with only 20-ish MP.
All but three of the photos in this gallery were taken @ 400mm on 16 or 20 MP  µ4/3 bodies = 800 mm FF eq.
