Oh, most definitely. However, that's usually related to the setting
that holds off on the shutter until it's in focus.
When taking a series of short or long bursts, where I'm deep into the
buffer, there is the occasional lock-up where the camera just goes
away and never comes back. I'll have to pop the battery. When that
happens, I lose the images in the buffer and sometimes the last couple
images before that. It's something I've seen happen with every E-1
I've used.
