According to Google, Poland is a shipping registry country of convenience akin
to Panama and Liberia.
However, the reference to the boat being a perk for a senior member of the
Roman Catholic Church was surprising. If so I wonder if the Monsignor offers to
take his parishioners on pleasure cruises ?
