Yes on the roofs of the Trongsa Dzong. If you click on the info icon, you can see where most of my photos were taken.
Between the time I took this, in Fall '17, and our next visit in Spring '19, the monkeys were gone from the buildings.
Apparently, they were damaging the roof even as parts of the Dzong were being rebuilt/restored, so their access was cut off.
