Ah, I can relate. The Sony RX10 IV has a focus mode selector switch on a lower front corner. Ridiculous place. And FIVE
choices, three of which are a complete mystery to me. Only screwed me up once - so far.
While I could focus on the tilt screen, it was not as sharp as I would like. Today, I reviewed the manual, and set
the selector to M, which enables a clear red in-focus area. Here is an example of what the old Telyt + Extender can
produce. Can be viewed large.

OH, goody. I was wondering about the difference between shots like the soft Cardinal on Iron and the well focused Jay on
Iron.
