Living in a rural area has its benefits...and drawbacks. Especially when
the neighbors are a rowdy bunch. We are frequently awaken from sleep by
an early morning brouhaha. So a couple of morning ago after being
aroused a little after 4am by a ruckus I grabbed my phone and decided to
gather some evidence ... Should I turn it over to the authorities?
